Missing woman, 50, found dead in car submerged in river – with probe launched to find out how she ended up in water

THE body of a missing woman has tragically been found inside a car submerged in a river.

A search was launched for Penny, from Lincolnshire, after the 50-year-old was last seen in the East Ferry area on January 14.

Cops made the grim discovery on January 17 after deploying drones and officer patrols in the area.
