MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Maryland State Police (MSP) said it is investigating after a man was found stabbed on Sunday morning inside a car on Interstate 270.
MSP told DC News Now that shortly before 10 a.m., troopers from the Rockville barrack responded to the area of northbound I-270 at Old Georgetown Road after someone reported a car partially in the roadway.
At the scene, they found a man outside a Nissan Altima with an apparent stab wound.
Responders took the man to the hospital for treatment.
“The investigation is active and ongoing,” said MSP.
As of Sunday afternoon, there was no word on any suspects.
