Married At First Sight UK have recruited two new grooms who are set to get hitched with brides on the E4 show this week.
MailOnline can reveal Mancunian Ryan, 28, is joining the TV experiment and says his perfect wife is someone who can be a ‘role model’ to his six-year-old son, Leo.
Ryan, who’s a semi-professional footballer-turned-bin man, admits he enjoys the simple pleasures in life and is won over by a McDonald’s meal and milkshake.
He plans on living to the full after being diagnosed with bladder cancer in 2017 and raising awareness of the disease through his campaign work, urging people to get tested if they feel any abnormalities.
Viewers of the dating series will see Ryan meet his bride this week alongside newcomer Luke, 30, who’s a prison education manager from Kent.

After relocating from Malta to the UK, Luke trained in Youth Rehabilitation and works in a prison but in his spare time has competed in body building competitions
A TV source told MailOnline: ‘Ryan and Luke are new additions to Married At First Sight UK and they commit to their brides this week.
‘It’s great to have new joiners enter the experiment and given their different stories and backgrounds, Ryan and Luke definitely make their mark on the series.
‘They’re both looking for their soul mate and to settle down with ‘The One’ so have put their faith in the relationship experts to hopefully find long-lasting happiness.’
Luke, who’s originally from Malta, describes himself as a traditional gentleman and says he will romance his wife by making her home cooked meals and complimenting her appearance.
After relocating from Malta to the UK, Luke trained in Youth Rehabilitation and works in a prison but in his spare time has competed in body building competitions.
He has ranked first place in tournaments across the world after committing his life to the sport, which saw him transform his body.
Luke admits his previous partners would describe him as a ‘princess’ and says his celebrity crush is A-list actress Margot Robbie.
His biggest turnoff is bad table manners and he hopes being part of the dating show will teach him how to be ‘vulnerable’ in front of his wife.

Bin man Ryan describes himself as ‘caring’, ‘polite’ and ‘respectful’ but says ex-girlfriends have accused him of being ‘stubborn.’
His celebrity crush is former Love Island star Cally Jane Beech and admits his ‘biggest ick’ is someone who believes they are better than others.
The two new grooms join the dating experiment this week, which has so far seen Polly marry Adam, Kasper and Emma tie the knot and same sex couple Eve and Charlie commit to each other after meeting for the first time at the altar.
Emma is continuing to work on her relationship with Kasper despite her husband admitting on their honeymoon that he wasn’t attracted to her size 14 body.
Kasper has faced criticism from viewers over the way he expressed to Emma that he didn’t want to be intimate with her and his immediate reaction to their meeting was ‘not wanting to rip her clothes off.’
