WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Police in the District are investigating after a man was hurt in a stabbing overnight.
Just after 1 a.m. on Feb. 8, the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to the 2400 block of Irving Street SE for the report of a stabbing.
There, they found a man who was suffering from lacerations. He was conscious and breathing.
He was taken to a hospital for treatment.
MPD discovered the offense had initially happened in the 2900 block of Knox Place SE.
