WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Police in D.C. are looking for suspects involved in a fatal shooting that happened in the early hours of Friday morning.
Shortly before 4 a.m., officers with the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to the 100 block of 44th Street NE. There, they found 28-year-old Dwaun Simpson of Southeast D.C. suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was not conscious or breathing and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A reward of up to $25,000 is offered to anyone with information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
