WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Police in the District are investigating after a man was shot and killed in Northeast D.C. on Saturday night.
Just before 9:30 p.m., officers responded to the report of a shooting in the 1100 block of Eastern Avenue NE.
There, they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was unconscious and not breathing.
Despite lifesaving efforts, the man died at the scene.
