PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — A man was taken to the hospital after he was shot in Prince George’s County on Sunday, according to police.
The Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) told DC News Now that at around 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 2, officers responded to the 5400 block of Silver Hill Road for a shooting. This is in the District Heights area.
There, they found a man with gunshot wounds.
He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
In an update at 7:30 p.m., police said the man died as a result of his injuries.
