THERE are major delays on the M4 following a car breaking down.
National Highways warned of delays over an hour for those travelling eastbound between Junction 3 and Junction 2.

A lane on the M4 eastbound near Heston and Chiswick was closed due to a broken down car.
The company said recovery was en route, but for drivers to expect approximately 3 miles of congestion.
Under the heavy rainfall, traffic could be seen ground to a halt as vehicles piled up on the major motorway.
Meanwhile, the M4 westbound was clear.
In an update posted to Twitter, National Highways announced the car had been moved to the hard shoulder.
All lanes are now open with delays thankfully reduced to 15 minutes and clearing quickly.
