The former Apprentice contestant, 36, went all out for the lavish bash, which was attended by a number of her famous friends.
Her sprawling mansion was decked out with a giant marquee, which was laid with a purple carpet and festoons of lilac flowers.
There were a number of decked out tables inside and a dance floor adorned with purple flower arrangements and fake peacocks and parrots.
While Luisa ensured she also dress to the nines for the occasion, donning a pink regency-style ballgown, covered in ruffles and bows, with lace detailing.

Luisa took to her Instagram to give her followers a glimpse into her opulent celebration, sharing videos of her kitted out in her full costume.
Captioning a clip of her standing under a flower arch, she wrote: ‘Welcome to The Ton’, while writing alongside a getting ready video: ‘This is your cue to have Bridgerton Ball’.
Among the guests at the outlandish bash were reality stars and sisters Billie Shepherd and Sam Faiers, who made sure they dressed on theme.
Billie, 34, showcased her incredibly toned legs in a very daring take on the iconic Bridgerton costumes.
