The Love Island star, who appeared on season four of the ITV show, has found her perfect match seven years after she first appeared on the dating series.
The reality personality, 27, shared her happy news with her Instagram followers on Monday afternoon, after her partner popped the question in Chicago.
The newly-engaged couple shared snaps from the romantic proposal, where he got down on one knee during a sunset cruise on a stunning motor yacht.
They later celebrated with glasses of bubbly and fruit platters, while Ellie was keen to show off her stunning yellow diamond ring.

Ellie looked every inch the bridal to be in a figure hugging white crochet dress, as she posed at the waterfront before boarding the boat.
Despite first attempting to find love on national television, Ellie has so far kept her romance with her fiance under wraps.
While Ellie has pictured her man on her Instagram page on a few occasions, he is not tagged in any of the snaps and his name is not currently known.
She first shared photos of them together at the beginning of last year, although it is not known for sure when their romance began.
Ellie posted a picture of them sharing a kiss on a beach during a seaside getaway, while another showed them cuddled up in a restaurant.
Confirming that her boyfriend had joined her for Christmas, Ellie said on Instagram: ‘Showing my special man home, Merry Christmas everyone.’
During her time on Love Island, Ellie found a romantic connection with her co-star Charlie Brake and while they left the villa together, the relationship was short lived.
