Tech billionaire and the anchor of the new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) Elon Musk is calling for the impeachment of the federal judge who made a decision early Saturday morning that the Treasury Department should block access to anyone “other than civil servants with a need for access to perform their job duties” from its payment systems.
The decision came after Musk saw his staffers attempt or succeed in accessing databases in various departments, supercharge a federal worker buyout program and shrink the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) workforce this week.
Meanwhile, Republicans are looking to hammer out President Trump’s budget bill. Senate Republicans met with Trump at Mar-a-Lago Friday night, while House Republicans huddled with Trump and Vice President Vance on Thursday.

Delaware Gov. Matt Meyer (D) and Rep. Kevin Hern (R-Okla.) are expected to join NewsNation’s “The Hill Sunday. Kern was in the marathon meeting with Trump, Vance and House Republicans on Thursday, and he will likely discuss the House’s budget plan.
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, who visited the detention center for undocumented migrants in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba on Friday, is expected to appear on CNN’s “State of the Union and “Fox News Sunday.”
