Lisa Kudrow is clearing the air after her “Friends” co-star Jennifer Aniston said in an interview last month that she hated when the studio audience would laugh during live tapings of the beloved 90s sitcom.

Aniston made the comments in a Variety’s “Actors on Actors” conversation with “Abbott Elementary” creator Quinta Brunson, speaking on filming “Friends” with an audience that laughed and clapped.

“Lisa Kudrow by the way hated when the audience laughed,” Aniston said with a laugh. “She’d be like ‘Ugh, are you still — I’m not done! It’s not that funny!’

Kudrow clarified her feelings in a new video interview with ET.

“It irritated me if they would laugh for too long. God Bless them. They were so excited to be there that sometimes the laughter would just be longer than if they would have laughed at anything else,” she explained.

“I was like, ‘Alright take it easy, it’s not that funny. There’s more to say!’” she added.

Kudrow spoke to ET promoting her fantasy new series Apple TV+’s “Time Bandits,” based on the 1981 Terry Gilliam film.

She stars as a leader of time traveling adventurers in the series created by Taika Waititi, Jemaine Clement and Iain Morris.

“Taika had gotten in touch with me and said, ‘Jemaine and I wrote this thing, we’re shooting in New Zealand. Would you ever consider doing that?’ And, ‘Yes! Like, why am I going to say no to you two?’” she said on getting involved in the production.

“Time travel? I love it! And I love history. I’m kind of a history buff,” Kudrow told ET on the series that premieres July 24. “And it’s just fun.”
