It’s been nearly 30 years since James Cameron’s film “Titanic,” was released and we will “never let go,” of Jack Dawson and Rose Dewitt Bukater’s love story.
So naturally our nostalgic hearts skipped a beat when Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet reunited this week in Los Angeles for a screening of Winslet’s new movie “Lee.”
The English actress plays World War II photographer Lee Miller in the film.
Roadside Attractions, the studio behind the film, held a screening and panel discussion on Tuesday night at the Harmony Gold Theater in Los Angeles. During the event, DiCaprio introduced the movie while praising the film and his “dear friend” Winslet.
“Your work in this film has been nothing short of transformative,” he gushed in a video posted to X, formerly Twitter. “I continue to be awestruck. I continue to admire your strength, integrity, your talent and your passion to every single project you create.”
He then introduced his “Revolutionary Road” costar as “one of the great talents of my generation.”
Once she stepped onto the stage the pair shared a friendly smooch and embraced in a hug.
“Lee” is available On Demand everywhere.
