Kristin Cavallari, 37, and her toyboy Mark Estes, 24, ‘split’ after seven months of dating

Kristin Cavallari and her toyboy, Mark Estes, have gone their separate ways – seven months after the pair went public with their budding romance.

The TV personality, 37 – who recently dished on her and Mark’s ‘hot’ sex life just weeks before their split – had unveiled she was dating the Montana Boyz TikTok star, 24, back in February.

However, a source told People on Friday that Cavallari and her boyfriend Estes broke up – with the star herself also confirming the news.

During Alex Cooper’s Unwell Tour stop in Austin, the Call Her Daddy host began to mention Kristin’s relationship – but the Laguna Beach alum revealed that both she and Mark had broken up.

The mother-of-three explained that the split was ‘fresh’ and also admitted, ‘My plan was not to say it.’

Cavallari went public with her romance with Estes seven months earlier by uploading a photo of the two during a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

She wrote in the caption to her 4.7 million followers at the time: ‘He makes me happy,’ followed by a white heart emoji.

In the picture, the couple could be seen cozying up together as they sat inside what appeared to be a restaurant.

Around the same time, Mark also took to his own TikTok page to share a short clip of himself and Kristin lip-syncing and dancing to the son (Kissed You) Goodnight, which played in the background.

After the former couple went public, a source told People, ‘They’ve been dating for longer than people think and have kept it very private.’

‘They’re serious enough now that they were ready to go public. They’re really happy together. He’s been so great to her and is just a really nice guy.

‘He’s not your typical 24 year old. She’s having a great time and is living her best life with him,’ they added.

Kristin and Mark were spotted on numerous occasions together during their seven-month relationship, such as cozying up on social media.

In April, the two attended the 2024 Stagecoach Music Festival together which is held in Indio, California. 

The following month, Cavallari introduced the media personality to her Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County castmates while in Nashville. 

And in June, the TV personality enjoyed a summer trip to the Bahamas with Estes as well as her children. 

Kristin notably shares Camden, 12, Jaxon, 10, and Saylor, eight, with ex-husband Jay Cutler. Cavallari was previously married to former NFL quarterback from 2013 until their divorce was finalized in 2022. 

Only a few weeks before their split, both she and Mark dished on their ‘hot’ sex life on an episode of the Laguna Beach vet’s podcast, Let’s Be Honest.

In a snippet obtained by Us Weekly, Kristin and her now-ex took part in a saucy NSFW conversation.

With the help of shots of tequila, the pair opened up about their spicy love life.

‘No, I don’t think I’ve faked an orgasm in my entire life,’ Kristin revealed. ‘I don’t need to.’

‘I don’t either,’ Mark responded. They had a 13-year age gap between them, and Kristin asked him if ‘mature women’ are ‘better’ in the bedroom.

‘Yeah, you’re the best sex I ever had for sure,’ Estes had replied.

Kristin responded: ‘I actually didn’t know that. You’ve never said that to me. We’ve talked about how great our sex is, but you’ve never, like, point blank said, “You’re the best.” I would have remembered that one.’

Cavallari then revealed the feeling was mutual. ‘Am I the best sex you’ve ever had?’ Mark asked.

‘Yeah, you are. And I think it’s a lot of things. I think sex for women just gets better as you get older,’ she said.

‘Because I think women, when you’re in your early 20s and stuff, you’re insecure in a lot of ways, you’re worried about your body or what [you] look like.’

She added, ‘I’ve let all of that go and I think I am more present physically during sex than I’ve ever been. And I’m so wildly attracted to you. And I just think we have really hot sex.’

As candid as their discussion was, there was one topic Cavallari wasn’t willing to share on the mic.

Estes asked her what her ‘secret fantasy’ was – which was when Cavallari put her foot down. ‘I told you. I don’t think I can say that on a podcast!’ she said.

She added, ‘I’ve let all of that go and I think I am more present physically during sex than I’ve ever been. And I’m so wildly attracted to you. And I just think we have really hot sex’

Estes also opened up about his plans for the future with Kristin elsewhere in the episode. 

‘My end goal obviously would [be] to be married and to have a happy life,’ the TikTok star said. 

Cavallari then chimed in with, ‘Have a baby. You can say it.’ 

Estes replied, ‘I mean that’s in there…I feel like that goes with being married and… whatever, you know? All right, are we done?’ 

Kristin had previously discussed how both she and Mark had met, and also got candid about their first date on her Let’s Be Honest podcast in March. 

In September of last year, she came across Mark and his TikTok group, Montana Boyz. ‘So I go, “holy s***, who are these guys because they’re so hot, but specifically this one,’ the star said, referencing to Estes.

Weeks later, she received a DM from the group on Instagram which simply said, ‘I love you.’

Estes also opened up about his plans for the future with Kristin elsewhere in the episode. ‘My end goal obviously would [be] to be married and to have a happy life’

Her podcast co-host, Justin Anderson, then revealed that Kristin had acted, ‘like a little high school girl,’ and she replied with, “I’m like holy s*** and because I’ve got no chill I was like, “I wanna have you guys on my podcast.”‘

The fashion designer also discovered from her assistant that the group had plans to move to Nashville, where the TV personality currently resides.

Both she and Mark kept up communication until they met up in Nashville and went on their first date.

‘He came, he brought me flowers, picked me up, we went to dinner, it was very sweet,’ the beauty gushed, adding that they ‘made out’ at the end of the date.

In September of last year, she came across Mark and his TikTok group, Montana Boyz. ‘So I go, “holy s***, who are these guys because they’re so hot, but specifically this one,’ the star said, referencing to Estes

‘I felt like I was in high school,’ Kristin said during the episode. At one point she also added, ‘That attraction was always there.’

‘But when I met him, I was like, he’s actually a really nice, good guy. He’s very sweet from the jump. He was so sweet to me.’

She had also commented on the 13-year age gap and expressed, ‘Me dating a 24-year-old is not something that I was searching out. It’s not something that I at all ever thought would ever happen.’

‘I understand what it looks like to the outside world. I really do. I get that. He is not a typical 24-year-old.’
