Though when fans first saw him in the Season 5 premiere, both Khloe and Kris Jenner praised him for his new trim look, with Khloe even going through his fridge to marvel at all the healthy stuff in his fridge.
While Scott’s rapid weight loss led to many speculating that he was on the controversial weight loss drug Ozempic, eagle-eyed viewers actually saw boxes of another weight loss drug, Mounjaro, in his fridge during the premiere.

Scott sits in the massage chair as Khloe asks him, ‘Scott, you’re gonna stop losing weight, right? You look amazing but like…’
‘Maybe like three more pounds,’ Scott says softly, as Khloe reacts, ‘Three? Oof.’
Khloe never mentions Mounjaro in the episode, though Disick revealed some of the reasons why he gained so much weight.
‘But honestly, I had no idea how horrible it was, what I was doing at night, eating those little bread things, what are they?’ Scott said, but Kris and Khloe were stumped.
Scott added, ‘Kylie loves them too she always keeps them in the car,’ as they realize he’s talking about Hawaiian Rolls.
‘I was pounding a whole box of them a night, I loved them,’ Scott admits, which stuns Kris and Khloe.
Scott adds, ‘But I didn’t realize what I was doing, and then I didn’t know the whole thing about ginger ale being the same as a soda.’
Kris exclaims, ‘What?’ Scott says, ‘I know, it just seemed like a soothing drink so…’ as Khloe asks, ‘So every night you would have a ginger ale?’

A source previously claimed Disick has been using the controversial weight loss drug Ozempic to trim the excess pounds.
‘He is not ill and isn’t doing hardcore drugs,’ an insider said. ‘Kourtney would never allow Scott to spend so much time with their kids if he was in the throes of an addiction.’
‘Scott started taking Ozempic because he had serious issues with his weight gain. This time last year he saw himself as fat,’ the source said.
‘He had gained a lot of weight and couldn’t stand seeing himself in video footage that aired in the past couple of months. He would go to great lengths to cover it up.’
