Kevin Costner is returning to Fox Nation to host the three-part limited series, Yellowstone to Yosemite with Kevin Costner, with the first episode debuting on Feb. 8.
The series also will kickoff streaming service Fox Nation’s “America 250” campaign, marking the semiquincentennial in 2026.
In the project, Costner will trace the 1903 Yosemite expedition of President Teddy Roosevelt and John Muir. Costner will explore the region’s Indigenous American legacy and Yosemite’s history, and how the Roosevelt-Muir expedition bolstered the national park system and led to the creation of national forests and protection of 230 million acres of land.
Costner also serves as executive producer, and the project was developed by his Territory Films along with Warm Springs Productions. Costner’s producing partner Rod Lake is an executive producer along with Marc Pierce for Warm Springs Productions. New episodes will premiere each week.
Costner also hosted and served as executive producer of Yellowstone: One-Fifty, which premiered on Fox Nation in 2022.
Costner said in a statement, “Once in a while, you come across a story that has that truly special mix of elements; it’s stranger than fiction and happens against all odds. It results in something that legitimately changes the world for the good and, most importantly, it all really happened.”
