Rapper Kendrick Lamar has announced a new collaboration with one of the hottest fashion designers of the season.
Fresno-born designer Willy Chavarria has unveiled the designs for his new collection celebrating Lamar’s Super Bowl LIX halftime performance.
The limited-edition line includes jackets, hoodies, t-shirts and gym shorts, which all celebrate the Compton native’s upcoming show. Prices range between $55 to $750. The aesthetic of the collection is heavily influenced by early ’90s athletic gear.
One of the hoodies quotes Lamar’s “TV Off” line, which reads “Super Bowl LIX, foot up on the gas, but somebody gotta do it.”
The capsule collection dropped on Wednesday on Lamar’s website and NFLShop.com.
