KEMI Badenoch has torn into “clueless” idiots mourning the death of the Ayatollah and said those backing Iran should be kicked out of Britain.
Vigils have been held at some British mosques and university students have shared posts paying tribute to the evil dictator.
Ms Badenoch said people mourning his death have not got their “head screwed on properly”.
The Tory leader said: “These are clueless people. They are either people who are enjoying the safety of our country while carrying out destructive politics, maybe people of a foreign background.
“They should not be here if they are foreign.
“Then we have a section in our own society of very gormless Brits who think that anyone who is against us is on the right side.
“We have, very sadly, British people who don’t like their own country.
“They are a disgrace. This country is amazing.”
She said people who do not want this country to do well “shouldn’t be here”.
Iran’s supreme leader Ali Khamenei was killed in an Israeli airstrike last week.
His regime sponsored terror abroad as well as assassination plots on British soil.
It has murdered and oppressed thousands of Iranians who want freedom.
