Jack Box, the beloved mascot of Jack in the Box, is turning his birthday into a weeklong celebration filled with freebies, fashion and fanfare.
The festivities, which run from May 12 to May 18, include daily food giveaways through the Jack App, a limited-edition merchandise drop, and an exclusive late-night birthday party in Los Angeles on May 16.
Week of Freebies
Each day of the birthday week, Jack Pack members who make a $5 minimum purchase through the Jack App can score a different free menu item. The only exception is Friday—Jack’s actual birthday—when fries of any size or style are free with any purchase, no minimum required.

- Monday: Free Jr. Jumbo Jack
- Tuesday: Free 2 Tacos
- Wednesday: Free Jr. Chicken Sandwich
- Thursday: Free 1 Jumbo Egg Roll
- Friday: Free Fries (any size/style, with any purchase)
- Saturday: Free Onion Rings
- Sunday: Free 4-piece Chicken Nuggets
Birthday Merch Drop
Jack is also releasing a limited-edition birthday merch collection on May 12 via shopjackinthebox.com. The collection includes two shirts, one sweatshirt, a sticker pack, and a yellow magnetic Jack hat.
Late-Night Birthday Bash
The main event is May 16 at Chain House in Los Angeles, a trendy pop-up known for turning fast food favorites into gourmet fare. The invite-only after-hours party will feature elevated takes on Jack’s late-night menu—curly fries with caviar, Wagyu tacos, and a boozy slushy with Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey—as well as surprise celebrity guests and a DJ set from Jack himself.
