Ivanka Trump and husband Jared Kushner bought their $24 million Florida mansion in April 2021 using high-end real estate agent Oren Alexander, who was arrested earlier this month—along with two of his brothers, Tal and Alon—on sex trafficking charges.
The Homes.com property listing for the address in Indian Creek Village, Florida notes Alexander as the couple’s agent at the time. Trump and Kushner closed on the property a few months after Donald Trump’s first term as president ended, publication The Real Deal reported that July.
Federal prosecutors allege that, for over a decade, the disgraced Alexander siblings baited women with the promise of luxury hotels and vacation properties to drug, assault and rape them.
