The future of Jackie ‘O’ Henderson‘s career may be in question, but it was business as usual as the radio star visited her partially-built mansion on Wednesday. 

Jackie appeared deeply focussed as she attended an 11 am meeting at the construction site of her $13.25 million Clovelly cliffside home.

The 51-year-old surveyed the progress of the luxury build, joined by architect Madeleine Blanchfield and members of the construction team.

She paused multiple times to snap photos of the sprawling coastal property on her mobile phone, where $5 million worth of renovations are underway. 

It appears the build is forging ahead, despite questions about Jackie’s future earnings after the termination of her $100 million contract at KIIS FM. 

The radio queen had eight years and $88 million left to pay on the deal, which earned her a whopping $10 million a year.

Prior to the landmark agreement with ARN, Jackie was earning a reported $5 million a year, with her net worth in 2025 estimated at anywhere between $10 million and $50 million. 

The star joked in 2025 that she would have to ‘ask her accountant’ how much she was worth.  

Henderson has also made impressive property moves, with her former Woollahra home selling for $13 million in 2023. 

Her most lucrative asset in her portfolio is the $13.25 million Clovelly oceanfront property she purchased in 2023.

The home is expected to be worth an eye-watering $30 million when the rebuild is complete, with Jackie currently hiding out in a rental with her daughter Kitty as she weathers the media storm of her recent departure from The Kyle & Jackie O Show. 

Situated in one of the most sought-after locations in Australia, Jackie is currently doing an entire rebuild of the home, to the tune of a whopping $5 million. 

The sprawling oceanfront rebuild, overseen by Robert Plumb Build and Madeleine Blanchfield Architects, has surged into its next phase, with the multi-level concrete shell now taking full shape and the show-stopping curved pool structure clearly defined.

The site – located in a scenic position featuring sweeping oceanside views – was cleared of the original 1960s-era six-bedroom, three-storey home, leaving a vast, open canvas for the huge job.

The house is set back from the road, offering Henderson the privacy she didn’t have on the narrow streets of her former address.

Henderson bought her new home after pocketing a tidy $2 million in profit on the sale of her old home in Woollahra, after paying $11 million for it in 2020. 

Last year, she shared snapshots of herself alongside the construction team, jokingly captioning one photo: ‘Site meeting’.

It comes after The Kyle and Jackie O show collapsed last week amid a high-profile feud between hosts Henderson and Sandilands.

Henderson has been AWOL from the program since Friday, 20 February, after Sandilands, 54, accused her of being unfocused at work.

During the on-air feud, Henderson broke down in tears when the pair were discussing Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

Sandilands got angry at her when she proceeded to read out the disgraced royal’s birth chart.

He lambasted his co-star, claiming that her love for astrology was affecting her work.

An emotional Henderson said she was deeply ‘offended’ by his brutal comments during the clash.

Fans were left in shock when just days later, it was announced that Henderson’s $100 million contract had been terminated after she told executives she ‘cannot continue to work with Mr Kyle Sandilands‘ following his harsh comments on-air that left her in tears last month.

However, in a statement issued through her manager, Gemma O’Neill, Henderson stated she ‘did not quit or resign’, that she was ‘deeply saddened… [by] the possibility of the show ending’, and that her exit ‘has come as a shock to me’. 

Sandilands has been suspended and given 14 days to ‘remedy’ the breach, or else he faces termination.

ARN provided written notice to Sandilands stating that it considers his behaviour during the show on February 20 ‘an act of serious misconduct which is in breach of ARN’s services agreement with Quasar Media’.

ARN has offered Henderson the possibility of an alternative show on the network.

It has since been reported that Henderson and Sandilands are back in ‘regular contact’ amid speculation they both want to return to The Kyle and Jackie O Show.

After connecting, both Sandilands and Henderson apparently realised ARN had told them separately that both parties didn’t want to be contacted by the other.

‘They both realised, like, “Why aren’t we allowed to talk to each other?”‘ a source said. 

The publication also claims the meeting came before Henderson’s statement last Friday, in which she announced she had not quit or resigned from the radio show. 

Sandilands apparently blames ARN for ‘exploiting a very emotional Jackie’, with the insider saying Sandilands and Henderson both feel they have been ‘f**ked over’ by their employer.

It was reported on Monday that the pair were hoping to return to The Kyle and Jackie O Show together.

A source told The Daily Telegraph, Sandilands and Henderson are ‘talking and want to do radio again’.

‘The ball will be in ARN’s court as to how this goes forward,’ the source alleged.

The radio titan is said to have called in lawyers and is ‘preparing to sue’ ARN should his $100 million contract be terminated following the collapse of the show last month.

On Tuesday, Sandilands released his own statement, claiming he has been ‘muzzled’ by ARN, and barred from contacting Henderson or speaking with colleagues.

‘ARN told me that I am not allowed to contact Jackie. They have told me that I am not allowed to speak to my colleagues. I did what was asked even though it made it impossible for me to do the one thing anyone in my position would want to do – pick up the phone and talk to the person I have been talking with continually for my entire career,’ he explained. 

‘The truth is that ARN terminated Jackie’s contract on the same day it accused me of a breach. It suspended me from work. All of this happened while I was being told to sit quietly and say nothing. That is not a genuine process.’ 

While acknowledging Henderson had told him she was hurt, he insisted they had always resolved disagreements privately. 

‘I am not going to pretend that everything about this situation is simple. Jackie told me she was hurt, and I accept that. But we have had disagreements before and we have always worked through them. That is what partners do. We never needed lawyers or ASX announcements to sort things out. I believe we could have sorted this out too, if ARN had given us the chance,’ he said. 

‘I have a contract with ARN that runs until 2034. I am committed to that contract. Despite what ARN says, I am not in breach of that contract. I want to be on air. I want to be with my audience. I want to do the job I have done my entire adult life. 

‘I am asking ARN to do the right thing: honour our agreement and let me get back to doing what I do best do best – entertaining the people who have supported this show for more than two decades.’
