LOS ANGELES (KTLA) – Southern California is getting drenched with the strongest storm of the year to date.
Rainfall totals through Friday are expected to surpass two inches in Los Angeles County, Ventura County, the Inland Empire and Santa Barbara County. Orange County will see between one and two inches, according to the National Weather Service. Higher totals are expected in the mountains.
