A local hospital needs help identifying a patient who was found injured on the ground in downtown Los Angeles.
On Jan. 20, the male patient was found unresponsive near 27th Street and Grand Avenue.
He was transported to Dignity Health Medical Center where he remains hospitalized. He did not have any personal belongings to help staff identify him.
He is described as a Black man between 50 to 60 years old. He stands about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs around 155 pounds. He has brown eyes and gray hair with a receding hairline.
He has several distinct tattoos including:
- “Nelson” over the left heart
- “Frenetta” on the left inner wrist
- A flower on the left inner arm
- “Play now, Pay later” on the right chest
- “Mablie” on the left neck
- “Cynthia,” “Maya,” and “Donte” on the right inner forearm
- “Herpmtm” on the right wrist
The extent of his injuries was not released. Workers are hoping to locate his loved ones.
