THIS is the hilarious moment a boogying robot dances too hard and sends food and cutlery flying in a high end restaurant.
The humanoid server is cutting shapes for delighted diners when suddenly it dances a bit too hard.
Diners were initially laughing at the boogying robot at Haidilao – a hotpot restaurant in San Jose, California.
It’s wearing a Zootopia apron and vigorously waving its arms and hips in a groovy routine.
But mid-performance, the robot edges dangerously close to the table.
Suddenly, the robot’s arms bang into the customer’s plates of food.
Cutlery and sauce go flying and customers shriek in shock.
Staff run over to pull the machine, now covered in mustard, away from the table.
The robot continues to dance aggressively as employees wrestle with it a safe distance away from the horrified customers.
Three staff members can be seen trying to wrangle the robot and one employee furiously taps at a phone to try subdue to machine.
It comes after a robot was arrested after harassing an elderly woman.
The humanoid machine was taken into custody by Macau police after it appeared to harass the woman on a public street.
The video shows the robot being surrounded by people on the street as the nearly 70-year-old woman berated it.
Filmed by an onlooker, the robot was seen raising its arms twice as the woman yelled at it.
“You’re making my heart race,” she told the robot in Cantonese.
“You can do plenty but you want to cause this mess? You’re crazy.”
The woman – wearing a blue shirt and white pants – pointed her finger at the robot as others watched on in disbelief.
Police were later seen escorting the robot away from the scene.
According to local media, the woman was later taken to hospital.
She was not physically injured in the strange ordeal and was later discharged.
