Boys soccer
Calvert Hall 1, Mount St. Joseph 0: The Cardinals (2-0-2, 2-0-1 Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association A Conference) scored on a fast break with 6:26 left in the first half to beat the host Gaels (4-2, 1-2). Wednesday, Calvert Hall travels to Loyola Blakefield and Mount St. Joseph hosts Archbishop Curley.
Girls soccer
Hereford 9, Mt. Carmel 1: Shanti Atkins netted a hat trick and she was backed by a balanced offense in the win. Aaliyah Stocks had a goal and an assist, while Taylor Saunders, Caroline Capp and Grace Lippenholz also scored. Bella DeSantis handed out an assist.
Roland Park 1, Severn 1: The host Reds (2–0-1) played the Admirals (3-1-1) to a draw. Roland Park’s Logan Gilmore and Severn’s Carys McKenzie each scored. The Admirals took 15 shots and the Reds had 14.
Field hockey
St. Timothy’s 7, Annapolis Area Christian 0: St. Tim’s (1-2, 1-1 Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland C Conference) took a 2-0 lead in the first half and shut out the visiting Eagles (1-2, 0-2). Wednesday, St. Timothy’s hosts Catholic and AACS hosts Indian Creek.
Volleyball
Eastern Tech 3, Loch Raven 0: The host Mavericks beat the Raiders, 25-10, 25-7, 25-10.
