Have you seen Phillip Scott? Police say he was last seen around 6 a.m. Saturday morning in the Alief area.
Houston police are looking for a missing 78-year-old man they say has been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment.
Phillip Scott was last seen at 6 a.m. on Magnolia Canyon, which is off Cook Road in the Alief Area. He was wearing a black shirt, black pants, and black shoes.
Police described him as being 5-feet-8-inches tall and 165 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.
