Granderson Des Rochers Elevates Kristina Chen To Partner

Boutique entertainment law firm Granderson Des Rochers has elevated Kristina Chen to Partner, the Firm announced Tuesday.

Chen, alongside André Des Rochers and Anita Surendran, represents A-list authors, producers, writers, directors, and actors across film, television, and publishing, and advises clients on development, production, and high-value entertainment transactions. She serves as legal counsel to authors including Kennedy Ryan, Diane Marie Brown, Ana Huang, and Xochitl Gonzalez, securing major screen adaptation deals such as Ryan’s Before I Let Go, sold to Peacock, and Huang’s Twisted series, sold to Netflix.

In addition to her publishing practice, Chen represents producers Jonathan Wang and Ilya Stewart. She also works closely with writers and directors including Jeremy Saulnier, Kristoffer Borgli, Anne Sewitsky, Garrett Bradley, Jeff Orlowski-Yang, A.V. Rockwell, Nikyatu Jusu, Sebastian Lelio, Roger Ross Williams, Reinaldo Marcus Green, and Rapman. Chen also advises talents such as Sasha Lane, Maria Sten, Jesse Williams, Liz Caribel Sierra, Maria Zhang, and Will Catlett.
