Gigi Hadid revealed that Taylor Swift helped her prepare for the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in New York City on Tuesday night.
Despite being one of the most well-known and highest-paid supermodels of all time, the catwalk queen, 29, revealed she received some pointers from her longtime pal.
‘There’s something on the runway tonight that is new for me, at least on this runway,’ the Vogue cover girl teased during an interview with Entertainment Tonight.
The mother-of-one continued: ‘There’s an aspect to it that I was trained to do by Taylor on her tour. In one of her rehearsals, she was like, “I’m gonna show you how we do this.” Did that and now I’m using it tonight.’
In addition to headlining six tours over the years, Swift performed during the 2013 and 2014 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

Although she didn’t offer any more hints to what move Swift taught her, many of the popstar’s fans took to X to speculate how Hadid would be paying homage to the Eras Tour during the show.
‘Why did the rep knee drop come to mind?’ one tweeted.
Another wrote: ”Just imagine Gigi doing the Bejeweled dance on the catwalk.’
‘Gigi Hadid is a Taylor Swift disciple. Get ready for a masterclass in dance,’ a third predicted.
Others guessed that the supermodel may be inspired by Swift’s famous strut during her song, Style.
Another theory is that the stage during the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show could move like Swift’s during her song, Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?, which creates the illusion that the 14-time Grammy winner is levitating.
Other possibilities include Hadid learning how to dance with a chair like Swift does during Vigilante S**t or diving headfirst into the stage (with the help of an inflatable airbag).
