A female lawyer has accused a married father-of-four of raping her in front of 1,000 livestream viewers after meeting him on a dating app.
The woman, 31, said she met the 46-year-old, named in German reports as Tim B due to local privacy laws, in May 2022.
According to Bild, the defendant often travelled for work. He matched with the woman on a dating app and planned a meet-up at a hotel in Mitte.
But on May 12, the alleged victim claims she was raped by the armed forces worker in the hotel, between 9pm to 11:55pm.
According to the Berlin-based lawyer, Tim had at first stuck to an agreement they had made to have sex using a condom.
She said at the start, everything was consensual until he soon started complaining that he ‘couldn’t do it’ like that and ‘thought it was “s***”.’
Nina said Tim’s wife was aware he was cheating, but that he promised her he would never have sex with another woman without protection.
But the lawyer claims her wishes of using a condom were ignored, with Tim quickly ripping it off before taking out his mobile phone and turning on a livestream.

Then, he is alleged to have raped Nina while some 1,000 online spectators watched on.
Tim denied the rape allegations, saying: ‘I have had a couple profile with my wife on the sex site for seven years.
‘Everyone can do their own thing with us. But never without a condom!’
He claimed the woman from Berlin ‘undressed very quickly’ and was asked about her feelings towards the possibility of having sex live on the internet.
Tim said: ‘She agreed, but held a pillow in front of her face. After 45 minutes she didn’t want to do it any more.’
The officer protested his innocence, claiming at peak times during the livestream there were 100 men in there, and that he ‘never raped her’.
‘When she wanted to go home, I even gave her my intercity ticket. My name was on it. I wouldn’t have been so stupid if I had actually raped her beforehand!’ he said.
But prosecutors were not left convinced.
They said around 1,000 people had access to the video recordings, and ‘the images were capable of causing significant damage to her reputation’.
Tim is due back in court on February 10 for a verdict hearing.
