Ex-NYC Correction Dept. chief Eric Taylor returns to duty as a deputy commissioner 24 years later

Eric Taylor, the former Correction Department chief who had a Rikers Island facility named after him when he retired has returned to duty as the DOC’s deputy commissioner of custody management, classification & facility operations.
