GLEN ECHO, Md. (DC News Now) — If you’re looking for a fun way to expose your kids to the theater, Adventure Theatre MTC has just the show for you.
“When kids are exposed to something at an early age they learn what they live and theatre is so important it’s so interactive,” said Ray Ficca, Director of “Dragons Love Tacos.”
The popular children’s book, “Dragons Love Tacos” has been turned into a play for the entire family to enjoy.
The show will take the stage in Glen Echo Park at the Adventure Theatre MTC theater space until March 30. The not-at-all spicy but totally taco-licious 35-minute play takes families on a fun journey.
“Kids when you come, be prepared to sing, be prepared to dance, be prepared to learn a little something, and be prepared to make some great new friends with all the dragons and the little boy and his dog,” said Ficca.
Show Director Ray Ficca told DC News Now that there will be lots of audience participation and lots of music everyone will love.
“There is nothing that compares to a 4-year-old… their eyes when they see a live production. I am just so happy to be part of that,” shared Ficca.
