He then made a rude gesture before driving off, Oxford Crown Court heard.

The custody photograph published by Thames Valley Police shows the father-of-six with horizontal red scratches across his forehead and cheeks.

Underneath the sinister scratches he is scowling with huge bags under his eyes.

The cause of the creepy markings on his face is currently unknown as police refuse to comment on how he got them.

Christopher pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order in Banbury on September 21, 2024, after initially deny the offence.

He already had 23 previous convictions for 44 offences.

Judge Michael Roques said: “This was a deliberate breach.”

He was then jailed for 13 months.

The felon had two restraining orders imposed from his ex-wife in 2019 and 2023 – this was his tenth breach of them.

Christopher has appeared in court many times for breaking the order.

When he was found in 2019 by his ex-wife in their marital home months after he had moved out in he was given a community order.

In 2023, he appeared in Oxford Crown Court and opened up about how isolated he felt.

He said: “I’ve gone from a big family; six children and a dog.”

But the court also heard he had texted an individual with a rambling message “sl****** off’ his ex-wife.”

And a claim that the restraining order was a “full of s*** injunction”.

He was jailed for 16 months despite the claims.

Recorder Bate-Williams said: “These were clear breaches of the restraining order.”

He added: “It is important for you to recall that the maximum sentence is five years’ imprisonment.”

The thug was also issued a civil injunction in 2021 for antisocial behaviour which banned him from standing or loitering within 50 metres of any bridge over A34, M40 or Railway lines in Oxfordshire.

A spokesperson for Bicester and Kidlington Problem Solving Team, said: “The behaviour that Christopher Miller has displayed over a long period of time has caused many residents, members of the public and railway staff significant amount of alarm and distress.”
