The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is in a standoff with a driver in Arcadia after a pursuit Friday morning.
The pursuit of a blue Toyota Matrix occurred mainly near Temple City, and the driver, a woman, refused to exit the vehicle after a spike strip took out at least one tire.
Deputies were still engaged in the standoff when Sky5 left the scene at about 10:45 a.m.
