Anna Delvey and her professional partner Ezra Sosa were among the first two couples sent home during week two of season 33 of Dancing With The Stars in September.
When getting the word that they were eliminated from the show, the fake German heiress and convicted con artist (born Anna Sorokin), 33, was asked what she would take from the experience of being on the reality competition show.
She proceeded to give a short but direct response — ‘Nothing’ — which set off a wave of backlash and shock on social media.
Now, Sosa is commemorating Delvey’s blunt one-word answer by getting a tattoo of ‘nothing,’ styled in cursive, on his upper back cursive, along with the number ’33’ in recognition of season 33.
‘im such an idiot #dwts,’ Sosa jokingly shared in the caption of his TikTok video that shows his new body ink reveal.

Along with Tori Spelling and her partner, Sosa and Delvey (born Anna Sorokin), 33, were the first to be eliminated from season 33 of DWTS
Delvey (born Anna Sorokin), 33, added to her now growing legacy of one-word answers by taking to the comments section to share her reaction to her former dance pro partner’s new body art.
‘Exactly,’ the Domodedovo, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union native wrote in the TikTok post.
Delvey and Tori Spelling were the first celebrities to get eliminated from the reality competition show during the show on September 24.
The duo scored 17 out of 30 points for their version of the their quickstep, set to KT Tunstall’s song Suddenly I See. That score, combined with viewer votes, added up to their ouster from season 33.
Soon after, the Dulvey-Sosa pairing faced the music and the judges, where she gave her blunt one-word ‘nothing’ answer.
Judge Carrie Ann Inaba maintained she was disappointed by Delvey’s reaction, telling Entertainment Tonight she was ‘taken aback’ by her comment.
‘That was dismissive not only of the opportunity she was given, of her wonderful and supportive partner Ezra [Sosa] in his debut season, but also of all of us who work on the show — from the dancers to behind the scenes to the creative team,
Sosa would also chime in on the controversy, revealing how he ‘knew she was going to say something very iconic and something very Anna Delvey’ before leaving the show, as reported by Extra.
He added, ‘Of course she has to — it’s very typical. We would expect nothing less of her,’ the So You Think You Can Dance star shared afterwards.
But, it turns out the convicted DWTS contestant had a far different reaction to her ouster backstage after the show.
‘She honestly kept on apologizing to me. She felt super sorry that my first season was cut short,’ the Utah native said of his former dance partner, before sharing how she wished she had more on-air time.
‘I honestly wanted to stay longer for my partner. I really wanted to give her a chance to really grow on camera and let America really see who she really is,’ Sosa explained. ‘I really tried my best to see her for the person she is outside the persona.’

Delvey gained worldwide notoriety in 2022 with the release of Netflix’s limited series Inventing Anna, which documented both her fake heiress persona and for her crimes of scamming banks and businesses, resulting in her spending about two years in prison; the pair are seen one day before their elimination from DWTS
Two days later, Delvey slammed DWTS for accusing the show of ‘exploiting [her] for attention.’
‘I feel that the show so obviously used me to drive up the ratings, that they never had any plans to give me any chance to grow and only cared about exploiting me for attention,’ she told NBC News.
