Firefighters in San Bernardino were busy early Saturday morning battling multiple commercial fires.
According to social media posts from the San Bernardino County Fire Department, the first blaze erupted at a pallet yard near E Street and Congress Street; the exact time the fire was reported was not disclosed.
The second blaze crews were assigned to simultaneously was at a two-story boarded-up office building on 4th Street.
“Progress was made on both E Street fires,” fire officials said just before 9:15 a.m. on X. “Crews are in overhaul mode at both the pallet yard and the office fire — [the latter] was unoccupied.”
Multiple street closures are in effect for an unknown duration, officials added.
