Concerns are growing for the youngsters, who were spotted walking towards Erdington High Street.

West Midlands Police confirmed the teens were wearing black school uniforms at the time of their disappearance.

Cops have described Harley as being roughly 5 foot 2 ins with ginger hair.

Xavier has short blonde hair and is said to be around 5 foot 1 in.

In a post on social media, the force said: “Have you seen Harley and Xavier? They’re both 13 and missing from the Erdington area.

“They were last seen together this morning (6 October) wearing black school uniform, heading towards Erdington High Street.

“Harley’s described as around 5 foot 2 ins with ginger hair, while Xavier is described as around 5 foot 1 in with short blonde curly hair.

“If you see them, or have any information which could help us find them, call 999 quoting log 1714 of 6 October.”

Every child under the age of 14 is automatically graded as high risk in a missing persons case, according to the force.

It added: “We still make sure all of the relevant risk assessments are undertaken before sharing an appeal to find them.

“We always consider the most appropriate channel through which to communicate.

“Always contact us with any information you might have about someone who is missing, no matter how small a detail it may be.

“Please keep helping us by sharing our appeals on social media and with your own personal networks.

“We rely on information the public gives to us, and your support could help find a missing person.”
