A Columbia woman was arrested and charged in connection with an Oct. 12 shooting in a Giant parking lot that left two teens injured. According to charging documents, Dieneba Sekou Traore, 47, was charged by Howard County Police with two counts of attempted first-degree and attempted second-degree murder, as well as two counts of first- and second-degree assault.
