Coleen Nolan has admitted she’s struggling to pay her bills and has money ‘worries,’ as she frankly opened up on her financial situation after buying her six-acre farm in June last year.
The TV star, 59, has lifted the lid on where her salary goes and hinted that everything is not as easy as it may seem.
Speaking to Woman’s Own, she explained: ‘Bills are going up, mortgages have gone up. Just when you think ‘oh, okay, I can do this,’ then something else goes up and you think ‘oh my God’.
‘Money that I make literally goes straight out on bills, the mortgage, like everyone, and insurance or whatever.
‘So although it looks like, wow, she’s got a lovely life, a lovely little farm, and it is lovely, and I know there’s people a lot worse off, I’ve still got these worries. Especially at the moment, mine is the only income coming in.’
She had a pop career with her sisters in The Nolans for 20 years until 1994 and has been a regular on Loose Women since 2000.

Coleen has also appeared on This Morning, Dancing On Ice and Celebrity Big Brother and has starred in a number of work-out DVDs, with it being reported she was worth £4.3 million back in 2022.
According to The Sun, Coleen rakes in £3,000 per appearance on Loose Women.
She shares the six-acre farm with daughter Ciara Fensome and Ciara’s fiancé Max, with Coleen previously stating that it’s her ‘happy place’.
It comes after she told Closer earlier this month: ‘I’m turning 60 feeling strong and confident, and quite proud of what of what I’ve achieved, especially in the past few years when I’ve achieved it on my own.
‘Of course, I still lie in bed at night worrying about how I’m going to pay the bills, but it gives me the incentive to work hard, and that’s good.’
Coleen revealed she’d split from her partner of three years Michael Jones in December.
The Loose Women star began dating the supermarket logistics worker back in 2021 after meeting on Tinder, with the pair gong on to have an on-off relationship in which she dumped him three times.
However, in a heartbreaking update on her love life, Coleen told how the couple have decided to part ways for good and remain friends, while revealing the reason behind the breakup.
She told OK! Magazine: ‘We’ve decided that we would rather just stay friends, take it as a friendship, And, you know, it’s nothing to do with anyone else, it’s nobody’s fault.

‘But I’m really busy and when I’m not really busy with work I’m busy on the farm and I feel personally that I can’t give time to everything. We still get along great and hopefully we can continue to be friends, who knows?’
Coleen’s choice to remain friends with Michael came amid her close friendships with her ex husbands Shane Richie and Ray Fensome, with Coleen noting that this attitude comes with ‘age and experience’.
The singer noted that with turning 60 next year, she hasn’t ‘got time’ to wait to see ‘what happens’ in a relationship as she may have done in her twenties, as she remarked that ‘life’s too short’.
On her break-up, she added; ‘I’m not going to say it wasn’t sad, because of course it was.
‘But I really hope that once that sadness goes away we can continue to be friends. I don’t regret any of it, it was fabulous.
‘Michael came along at just the right time for me and I think over the last three-and-a-half years we’ve helped each other grow.’
Reflecting on her love life, the TV personality told how she always opted to focus on ‘the times that were great’ and not the ‘sad ending’.
She recalled that despite the last two years of both of her marriages being ‘horrendous’, she won’t forget the ‘fantastic’ 10 years she had before that.’
