CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A CODI Alert has been issued by the Virginia State Police for a 14-year-old girl out of Chesapeake, police said.
Deborah Jenkins was last seen on Monday, Nov. 11. Police said she was wearing a black zip-up hoodie and black pants.
She is described as having blonde hair, hazel eyes, 5’2″, 75 lbs.
She was last seen with 41-year-old James Bell. He is described as having brown hair, brown eyes, 5’7″, 200 lbs., and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and a black hat with a green pot leaf logo.
Chesapeake Police said that Bell is known to Jenkins.
The disappearance poses a credible threat to their health.
Anyone with information is asked to call 9-1-1.
