Cameron Douglas and Viviane Thibes have settled their custody case.
The former couple, who share son Ryder Thibes, 3, and daughter Lua Izzy, 6, have agreed on a custody plan, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. Douglas and Thibes will share legal and physical custody of their two kids.
Douglas, 45, is also set to pay Thibes, 46, $7,000 per month in child support and $4,500 in household expenses. Although they will spend Mother’s and Father’s Day separately with their kids, Douglas and Thibes will jointly celebrate their kids’ birthdays and Christmas.

Back in May, Thibes filed court documents, obtained by PEOPLE, asking the courts to legally recognize her and Douglas as parents to their two kids.
According to the petition, Thibes also asked for primary legal and physical custody of their two kids, with visitation for Douglas. Additionally, she requested that Douglas pay all her legal fees.
Later that month, Douglas filed a response to Thibes’ petition, proposing shared custody and legal responsibilities, per documents obtained by PEOPLE.
Douglas’ proposed parenting plan saw him and Thibes having joint physical and legal custody of Ryder and Lua, with visitation time allowed for both during their time with the other parent.
On Sunday, May 12, Douglas shared a photo of Thibes and the kids, seemingly on a hike, in celebration of Mother’s Day.
“Happy Mother’s Day @vivianethibes 🏆,” he captioned the shot.
In her own Instagram Mother’s Day post, Thibes shared a message in both English and Portuguese on Instagram, along with a photo where her two little ones hug her, facing away from the camera.
“Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms in the world, especially the single mom because you are superheroes. I have a lot of respect for mothers,” she wrote, adding, “The best part of being a mom is the love that we give and receive from our children. It’s a love so deep that is impossible to describe❤️🩹.”
