Caleb Williams is celebrating a special someone!
The Chicago Bears quarterback marked one year with girlfriend Alina Thyregod by posting a carousel of photos of the two to his Instagram Stories on Tuesday, Oct. 22. “Been a good year with this one,” Williams, 22, wrote alongside two red heart emojis.
One of the images shows Thyregod cheering on and kissing the NFL rookie on the sidelines, while another sees her posing in a custom game day outfit.
The past year for the couple has been busy — and one of firsts.
Williams first began posting photos of him with Thyregod in November 2023, during his senior year at USC.
The couple made their first public appearance at the 2024 NFL Draft in April, when the athlete was drafted as the No. 1 pick by the Bears. At the time, they donned custom Chrome Hearts looks, with Williams wearing a navy suit and Thyregod sporting a silver flowy dress.

After Williams was called as the first pick, Thyregod waited for his mother, Dayna Price, to hug him before going in for her own embrace. The football star then sweetly kissed her on her neck.
Later, on her Instagram Stories, she gave a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the night, posing with a friend in Bears caps and writing, “Go bearssss!”
For the most part, the Heisman Trophy winner has kept his relationship with Thyregod private. But he has slyly included some photos of her in carousels on his Instagram over the past year.
In a November 2023 post, he included a selfie of the two of them sitting on a couch — but the photo was from a bird’s eye view, only showing the top of her head. A month later, he included two photos with Thyregod, one with her covering her face with her phone while in a car.
The last picture in the slides was of them posing in a mirror selfie, with Thyregod’s phone once again covering the majority of her face. While Williams didn’t tag her in any of the posts, he captioned the carousel with, “Last pic ifykyk 😂.”
