EXCLUSIVE: Bunim/Murray Productions, the company behind series such as MTV’s The Challenge and Hulu’s Vanderpump Villa, has a new Vice President.

The Banijay Americas label has promoted Nikki Cameron to VP, Development. She was previously Director of Development, a position she held since joining in 2021.

Cameron, who reports to Rupert Dobson, EVP, Development, has been behind series such as Amazon’s Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls and OWN’s Family or Fiancé.

Cameron focus has been on reality series and dating formats. Before joining Bunim/Murray, she worked in production operations at NBCUniversal across cable networks Bravo, E! and Oxygen on shows such as The Real Housewives franchise and Summer House.

“Nikki is a true creative force and I’m really happy she’s continuing her success here with a much-deserved promotion to Vice President,” said Dobson. “We’re truly excited to continue collaborating on future projects with her.”

Cameron added, “I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue growing with Bunim/Murray and supporting the company’s creative vision. Bunim/Murray has a long history of groundbreaking storytelling, and I’m excited to help carry that legacy forward. And with incredible projects on the horizon, I’m honored to be part of the team bringing those to life.”
