The actresses opted for colour-coordinated ensembles as they posed for selfies with fans at the event at the Bellotto Hotel in Warsaw.
English soap-star turned Hollywood actress Adjoa, 61, exuded elegance in a cream and silver patterned floor-length gown – which had capped sleeves and a thick neck collar.
Adjoa, who stars in the Netflix hit as Lady Danbury, paired the glamorous gown with diamond floral stud earrings and a collection of rings, as well as gold bangles.
Meanwhile Claudia, 34, who plays fifth Bridgerton child Eloise, looked effortlessly chic as she donned a white shirt with huge puffy shoulders and a giant bow.

On Monday, the season’s lead star Nicola Coughlan joined her co-star Luke Newton at the Toronto premiere for the second half of Bridgerton‘s third series, held at the Elgin and Winter Garden Theatre Centre.

Nicola pulled out all the stops at the premiere, putting on a leggy display in a periwinkle blue minidress, with layered fold detailing.
The Irish stunner pushed her glamorous outfit even further, sporting a red silk coat with voluminous gathered sleeves that flared out into a long train that flowed behind her.
She added a pair of gold wavy earrings and metallic pink high heels adorned with gemstones for a touch of sparkle.

While Luke cut a typically handsome figure in a dapper grey striped suit, layered over a blue collared shirt and teamed with brown loafers.
He added a more laidback touch by leaving his shirt unbuttoned to show a white vest underneath and a peek at his chest.
Season three of Bridgerton dropped last month, with eager fans wasting no time in settling down to devour the latest antics of the Regency era romantics.
And the series seems to be back better than ever, as according to What’s On Netflix, it pulled in a shocking 45.1M views within just four days of going global on Netflix.
The series focuses on the long-awaited romance between Penelope and Colin, but the plotline of the best friends realising their true feelings proves to be a slow burner.

Part One ends on a steamy cliffhanger as after being unable to think of anyone else, Colin eventually declares his love for Penelope in a carriage after she was left heartbroken by Lord Debling.
During the encounter at the end of the fourth episode, Penelope admits that she’d ‘very much like to be more than friends’ with Colin, and the pair eventually kiss, going on to share quite the steamy scene together.
But just as they’re getting into it, they arrive at the Bridgerton house, and after Colin fixes Penelope’s dress and hair, he steps down from the carriage and puts out his hand to Penelope to ask whether she’s coming with him.
The show was then left on a cliffhanger, as Colin hit fans with the iconic line from the Romancing Mister Bridgerton novel: ‘For God’s sake, Penelope Featherington, are you going to marry me or not?’
