The conspiracy theorist, jailed in 2023, was obsessed with the idea that the country was being controlled by “Jewish elites” reporting to Israel.

He also believed that the then Tory Government was planning genocide using Covid jabs.

He thought “white people across Europe were being systematically killed by the vaccine” and concluded this “triggered the emergence of a Chinese communist system in Britain”.

He was found guilty at Birmingham crown court of engaging in conduct in preparation for terrorist acts.

Lewin will become eligible for parole on December 30.

The public hearing has been provisionally listed for December 18.

Parole Board chair Peter Rook said: “The Parole Board has not yet heard a terrorist case in public.

“The public should be given an opportunity to see how the Parole Board reaches evidence-based decisions assessing risk.”

Lewin continues to deny his guilt, saying he was just a fantasist.

He also said a public hearing would be “in the interests of truth and transparency”.
