Justin Bieber has continued to spark concern from fans amid a number of recent outings, with fears that he could be on the decline.
The 30-year-old singer has raised eyebrows of late thanks to his gaunt and dishevelled appearances, with one recent incident even seeing the star step out in public wearing a bath robe and slippers.
The latest cause for concern was Justin’s appearance at wife Hailey Bieber‘s skincare pop-up on Tuesday.
The singer hid his eyes beneath a dark pair of sunglasses as he was seen grinning uncontrollably while meeting a fan.
As the pair chatted Justin was seen shifting his weight between each foot before itching his legs.
The change in the star’s demeanour appears to have coincided with the epic fall from grace of his former mentor Diddy, who was arrested in September on suspicion of a string of sex trafficking and racketeering offences.
Sources have indicated that Bieber is deeply troubled by the allegations against Diddy, who turned the rising star into his party pal when he was just 15, as well as rumours that his marriage to wife Hailey is in trouble due to his ‘unacceptable’ behaviour.
Diddy – whose real name is Sean Combs – has vehemently denied all accusations that have been levied against him since his arrest and Justin has not spoken out about or given comment on the situation or allegations.

Speculation about Justin’s health gained traction in the wake of Diddy’s arrest last year. His formerly close bond with the disgraced rapper, real name Sean Combs, came under intense scrutiny, with fans quick to comment on his ‘thin’ appearance.
Sources at the time told DailyMail.com that the combination of the fallout from Diddy’s arrest and Justin’s new role as a first-time dad had left him ‘stressed.
In January 2024, Justin looked like his usual self, sharing selfies to Instagram sporting a healthy appearance, but as the months went on, he appeared noticeably thinner and more downcast as Diddy’s situation continued to worsen, culminating in his September 2024 arrest.

At the time of Diddy’s arrest, a clip branded ‘creepy’ by social media users resurfaced online of the rapper alongside a then 15-year-old Justin documenting his ’48 hours’ staying with the young singer.
In the clip Diddy stands next to the young pop sensation and tells the camera: ‘He’s having 48 hours with Diddy, where we hanging out and what we’re doing we can’t really disclose.
‘But it’s definitely a 15-year-old’s dream.’

The hip hop mogul, 54, adds: ‘I have been given custody of him. He’s signed to Usher and I had legal guardianship of Usher when he did his first album.’
Diddy continues: ‘I don’t have legal guardianship of him [Bieber] but for the next 48 hours he’s with me and we’re gonna go full crazy.’

Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, an insider said that new dad Justin has been completely ‘thrown’ by the harrowing allegations and is grappling to make sense of them – especially given that he collaborated with Diddy less than a year ago.
The source said of the fragile singer: ‘Bieber is so disturbed by the Diddy news and is unwilling to process it or discuss it so he has shut off.
‘So many people who helped to make him who he is were very close to Diddy and it has completely thrown him.
‘Justin hasn’t been responding on this since the home raids. He’s not going to.’
The insider added that Justin deeply regrets having collaborated with the disgraced mogul last year, and would never have done so had he known the allegations that have since come to light.
They continued: ‘He had a long break from Diddy when he believes most of this took place and he had distanced himself from him.
‘He was featured on Diddy’s most recent album, and had he known any of this, there is no way he would have done it.’
Gaunt appearance and THAT bathrobe outing
At the beginning of 2024, Justin looked like his usual self when he shared selfies to Instagram, looking forward to the year ahead, saying that he was ‘excited’ about ‘new beginnings’.
However in September, Justin and his wife Hailey were spotted heading home from a church service in Los Angeles where the singer looked considerably thinner and also sported a pair of slippers.
On another outing in October, Justin was spotted behind the wheel of his car where his face had a more gaunt appearance than usual.
The hitmaker sparked more concern in January on an outing in New York City where he appeared stone-faced in a yellow hoodie.
During another appearance that month, he looked exhausted after he was spotted leaving a studio in the Big Apple alone.
Meanwhile earlier this week his appearance took a newly bizarre turn when he appeared on the streets of NYC in a bathrobe and stained UGG boots.
While Hailey and her friends are reportedly worried for the star, their concerns are echoed by Justin’s huge fanbase, who have also aired their fears.

Hailey is said to be ‘deeply concerned’ for her husband and doesn’t know ‘where to turn’ for ‘help,’ a source has claimed.
An insider has claimed that he ‘doesn’t care about his well-being anymore’ and that he has ‘lost’ all ‘motivation’ – even for making music, which used to excite him.
‘He’s not working out like he used to, he doesn’t seem to eat like he once did, and people can see he has lost weight,’ they told DailyMail.com.
‘It’s like he doesn’t care about his well-being anymore. He’s moodier too. People are worried that he’s lost any motivation, even for his music.

The star appeared to debunk rumours of marital woes when he shared a black and white picture of his wife Hailey, hours after his Instagram account briefly unfollowed her, before stepping out on a joint comedy show trip at the weekend.
But their marriage is seemingly far from idyllic, with the pair apparently going days at a time without talking due to his refusal to listen to her concerns about his well being.
The tensions are believed to have prompted calls from Hailey’s friends to leave the musician, with his behaviour raising concern.
‘Hailey’s been struggling with Justin almost since the start of the marriage,’ an insider told DailyMail.com exclusively.
‘She loves him madly but he’s a loose cannon. Some of her friends have advised her to go it alone and leave him.
‘His behaviour is sometimes unacceptable. She’s put up with a lot.’
The insider said Hailey and those close to her were hopeful that he would change after the arrival of their first child, son Jack Blues, in August 2024, but despite being there for her, little has changed.
‘When the baby was born he was there for her and she thought being a father would change him for the better, but it hasn’t stuck,’ they added.
Speculation of turmoil between Justin and Hailey was further fuelled this month when fans noticed he was no longer following his father-in-law Stephen Baldwin on Instagram.
Days later he prompted concern for his marijuana use when he shared a picture of himself using a bong, shortly before apparently unfollowing Hailey on social media.
He quickly claimed he had been ‘hacked’ and set about dismissing claims of troubles by posting an image of his super model wife from their current holiday in Aspen, Colorado, where he appears to be recording new music.
‘Someone went on my account and unfollowed my wife,’ he wrote in a statement shared to his Stories. ‘S*** getting suss out here.’
Rhode Beauty founder Hailey also appeared to do damage control by sharing a picture of a sleeping Justin.
But the insider added: ‘Hailey has been trying to give Justin the help he needs, but he doesn’t appreciate being told what to do and sometimes shuts her down and refuses to talk to her for days.’
A second source claimed Hailey, who tied the knot with Justin in 2018, puts up with his ‘baggage’ as she is desperate for them to be a ‘complete family unit.’
‘Living with Justin is a stressful experience because he often likes his own way,’ they added. ‘Sometimes he can be an unpleasant person to be around, and that’s when she lets him do what he wants as she knows it will be resolved a few days later.’

‘He has built up a deep fear of being out in spaces with lots of people and has a deep-seated worry about large crowds.’
They claimed Hailey has been encouraging him to spend time outside with those close to him.
‘The toll of being locked away from the world is also tough,’ they said. ‘It is tough on a partner, like Hailey, who is supportive and wants to help him get through these moments.
‘Their recent trip to Aspen is an example of how she is encouraging him back out in public with close friends.’
Justin has talked candidly in the past about his mental health struggles, revealing there were times when he felt ‘really, really suicidal’ at his lowest.
Speaking on his YouTube documentary Justin Bieber: Next Chapter in 2020, he said he experienced ‘consistent’ pain.
His comments came months after he announced he was taking a break from music to focus on ‘some of the deep rooted issues that I have… so that I don’t fall apart, so that I can sustain my marriage and be the father I want to be.’

Justin was reportedly left ‘stung’ after the news came out Selena was engaged to Benny Blanco in December.
Bieber and Gomez famously dated on and off between from 2010 until 2018, the year he married Hailey.
And after Benny popped the question to Selena, 30, in December, insiders revealed to DailyMail.com that even though Justin is happily focused on his life with Hailey and their baby son, Jack, the star acknowledged that Selena’s engagement officially marked the ‘end of an era’.
‘Justin is married and has a kid, we all know that but when he heard that Selena was engaged, he’ll even admit, it stung for a brief second,’ the source explained.
