Let us strip away the legal facade and expose this for what it truly is: a blatant setup for a pardon, a mockery of justice.
If Ghislaine Maxwell is granted limited immunity, do not be surprised when a full pardon follows calculatedly and brazenly. This is not about justice. This is about protecting powerful names, especially one name that keeps thrusting to the forefront, Donald Trump.
We already know how limited immunity works. It gives prosecutors what they want, usually testimony, and in return, the witness gets a free get-out-of-jail pass. But with Maxwell, this is not just any witness. Maxwell is the gatekeeper to Epstein’s empire of abuse. If she talks, careers crumble. If she stays quiet, the rich and powerful breathe easy.
Let us not pretend this is about uncovering the truth. It is about burying it.
If she is offered limited immunity, it likely comes with an unspoken condition, do not name Trump. Everyone else’s names are fair game, but his is off limits. That is not justice, that is a rigged deal. It is a form of selective exposure, designed to perpetuate the illusion of accountability while shielding one person and exposing others.
And if a pardon is dangled in the background, well, that is the insurance policy. The message is loud and clear, Keep your mouth shut, and you will walk.
Maxwell should not be rewarded. She should not be shielded. And she damn sure should not be granted a pardon. Every victim and the public deserve to know the whole truth, not the politically edited version. The potential harm to the victims is immense, and we must not forget that.
The public is not naive. We see what is happening. And we will not forget if she walks free. Our role in holding the powerful accountable is crucial, and we must not underestimate the collective power of our efforts. Republicans, Democrats, lobbyists, politicians, and heads of state should be held accountable.
We, the people, must demand transparency. No special deals. No protected names. No more elite immunity. If justice is real, it must apply to everyone, or it means nothing. Exposing everyone who abused the young victims while protecting the identity of the victims can and must be done.
Call your representatives. Raise your voices. Don’t let this be another backroom betrayal.
