Last year, the first weekend of summer did $144.2M per Box Office Mojo led by Marvel Studios’ Thunderbolts* ($74.3M) and the third weekend of Sinners in second with $33.1M, followed by the fifth weekend of A Minecraft Movie in third with $13.7M.
