The reality star briefly took Mounjaro injections ahead of the show but was forced to stop due to a gallbladder attack.

It comes as ITV viewers declared that Gemma’s redemption is well underway after she tackled a gruelling eating trial on Tuesday night.
Joined by Craig Charles, Gemma was thrown in at the deep end by tackling the infamous eating trial in a bid to win her team a spot in the main camp.
The star also overcame her fears to ride into camp on a helicopter, having broken down in tears during her last attempt in 2014.
Gemma’s return was quickly praised by fans, and they declared she was well into her ‘redemption era’.
After their arrival in camp, Ant and Dec told Gemma and Craig that they would be facing the dreaded eating trial, before splitting to join separate camps.
For the trial, Craig and Gemma privately decided how many servings of dishes such as Fish Eye Pie, Terror-rine, Brain Freeze, and Bloody Moory Shots they are willing to eat or drink.
The player who committed to the highest number of servings had to consume the entire pledged amount to win a point for their team.
Shocked by the sight of the spread, Craig asked: ‘Have you ramped this up because it doesn’t look that bad on the telly?’
It was a closely-fought race, with Gemma struggling to stomach some of the dishes, but as they headed to the final round, it was a head-to-head race to see whether she or Craig could finish a whole tray of Bloody Moory shots.
The episode ended on a cliffhanger with Craig and Gemma about to begin, but fans were full of praise for the TOWIE star following her return.

They wrote on X: ‘Obsessed with Gemma wanting to prove herself after last time;
‘I’m so happy Gemma is proving everyone wrong on this eating trial;
‘Gemma actually doing great at this trial!! GAGGED! Her redemption era begins;’
‘Gemma doing better than I thought she would already!’
‘Gemma’s redemption era looks so good on her;’
’20 minutes into her stint and Gemma has already overcome her helicopter fear and bossed an eating trial. Oh this carry job she’s about to do on this series;’
Prior to her jungle return, Gemma insisted she wouldn’t be quitting after just 72 hours this time around.
While appearing in the main show back in 2014 the TOWIE star famously quit in tears on day three after believing she had caught malaria and struggling with the lack of food, a moment which she said has ‘hung over her head’ ever since.
Speaking about her return Gemma said: ‘There is no way I am going to be leaving after 72 hours. I am in it to win it. I am going through to the end’.
‘Last time, there were no highlights for me. But I wasn’t the strong, assertive woman I am today and I’ve got a totally different mindset’.
Gemma went on to say that winning the series would be the ‘ultimate pinnacle’ of her career: ‘If I could get crowned the ‘Legend’, I would just feel complete in my life.
‘Me quitting has been a shadow hanging over me. It would be my real redemption moment of my career that I had done this and nobody could take it away from me’.
I’m A Celebrity All Stars continues on Wednesday at 9pm on ITV1.
