A Fox News reporter was slammed to the ground by a pro-wrestler during a TV segment this weekend.
The insane clip shows journalist Abby Hornacek taking the hit in the name of reporting as she gets suplexed by pro Kennedy Blades.
Saturday’s Fox & Friends segment had the journalist thrown by American wrestler Blades whilst she covers the Real American Freestyle, a wrestling event happening in Florida.
“Got suplexed by an Olympian today,” Hornacek captioned an X post.
“So that was cool.”
In the 15-second video, RAF women’s middleweight champion Blades picks her up, completely flips the journalist in full-glam, then topples her to the ground.
Although the suplex was real, the two were in good spirits afterward, laughing as they both got up while the journalist called it “amazing.”
“I don’t think I could be a wrestler,” she laughed.
The Fox News hosts watched in shock, laughing as both quickly brushed it off.
“I know that looked worse than it was, but that was a lot of fun,” Hornacek said.
“I think I’m gonna stay off the mat from now on.”
She then said it felt like being “thrown off of a skyscraper.”
The clip has now gone viral, users praising the journalist for her work.
The Real American Freestyle plans to air on Fox Nation tonight.
