Tammy Hembrow‘s ex-husband has bonded with her ex-fiancé over a cute video featuring her youngest daughter, Posy.
The fitness influencer’s ex-fiancé Matt Poole, 35, took to Instagram this week to share an adorable clip that showed him and Posy, three, whom he shares with Tammy, catching some waves on the Gold Coast.
The doting dad expertly guided his daughter through the waves as a clearly excited Posy could not wipe the smile off her face.
Captioning the post, Poole revealed that despite her tender years, Posy could not be dissuaded from enjoying the surf alongside the Tallebudgera Nippers Junior Surf Life Saving Club.
‘Not gonna lie, surf was kinda solid last week, but Po was adamant we were going out with the Talle kids,’ he wrote.
‘Clearly I was more worried than her haha… these are the memories we live for!!! I can’t wait to do this with Parker (soon),’ Poole added, referring to the son he shares with new partner Annelyse Oatway.

The cute clip was met with a flurry of swooning comments from friends and followers.
One gushing comment came from Tammy’s ex-husband Matt Zukowski, who wrote: ‘So cute.’
Bonding over a shared love of little Posy, Poole replied: ‘@mattzukowski crazy hey… full big girl now,’ augmenting the sentiment with a smiling face with hearts emoji.
While one churlish commenter suggested that Zukowski’s comment was ‘weird,’ others were quick to come to the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star’s defence.
‘Nothing weird about it – he was married to Posy’s mum and obviously still cares,’ one wrote.
Another chimed in with a similar: ‘Wow not at all. He was married to her mum. You still have time to delete this comment.’
A third summed up the sentiment of many with: ‘He was Posy’s stepdad, you expect him to be heartless?’
It comes after Hembrow and Poole enjoyed a happy airport reunion in Sydney last week.

Hembrow and Poole were seen chatting inside the terminal as they travelled with Posy.
Also joining them were Poole’s new partner Annelyse Oatway and the couple’s baby son, Parker.
The blended group appeared relaxed as they made their way through the busy airport together, with Posy seen happily walking alongside her father while Lyse carried baby Parker in a front carrier.

Meanwhile, Hembrow and Zukowski were engaged in December 2023 after just three months of dating.
They tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony at Château Du Soleil in Byron Bay in November 2024; however, that union proved short-lived.

‘Both of us have struggled with making this decision, however we need to do what is right for ourselves and her three children,’ Zukowski said in an Instagram Story at the time.
‘This wasn’t a decision we took lightly. Our time together will always be cherished and never forgotten,’ he added, before thanking fans for their support and asking for privacy.
Aside from Posy, Hembrow also shares Wolf, 10, and Saskia, nine, with ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins.
More recently, Tammy has been romantically linked with AFL star Bailey Smith and 22-year-old model Grayson Te Moana.
